Accessibility Statement
Viverio Ltd is committed to making its websites and mobile applications accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
1. Scope
This statement covers the following:
- viverio.net — the Viverio Ltd website, including all pages listed in the sitemap
- Viverio app — available on iOS (TestFlight) and Android (Google Play)
- Sparq app — in development; accessibility will be assessed prior to public release
2. Conformance Status
The viverio.net website is conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We have implemented accessibility requirements across all pages and actively maintain compliance as part of our standard development process.
3. Non-accessible Content
We are not aware of any significant accessibility barriers on viverio.net. The following items are noted for transparency:
- Product icon images use inline base64 encoding; they carry descriptive
altattributes and are not dependent on external file hosting - The typewriter animation on the homepage uses
aria-livetoggling to announce only complete phrases to screen readers, not individual characters - Decorative gradient background elements carry
aria-hidden="true"throughout the site - Mobile navigation uses a CSS checkbox pattern enhanced with
tabindex,aria-expanded, andaria-controlsfor full keyboard accessibility
4. Technical Specification
The viverio.net website relies on the following technologies:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (vanilla)
- Google Fonts (DM Sans)
5. How We Tested
The website was self-assessed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria. We used the following approaches:
- Manual keyboard navigation testing
- Colour contrast checking (WCAG 1.4.3 normal text; 1.4.11 non-text contrast)
- Screen reader testing (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS)
- Automated accessibility auditing via browser developer tools
We have not yet commissioned a formal third-party accessibility audit. We plan to do so following public launch.
6. Our Ongoing Commitment
- Accessibility requirements are considered at every stage of product development and design
- We will commission a formal third-party accessibility audit within the first six months of public launch
- Any video content published in the future will include captions or transcripts
- This statement is reviewed and updated at least annually, and whenever material changes are made to the website
- User feedback on accessibility barriers is actioned as a high priority

This statement was prepared in May 2026 and is reviewed annually or following material changes to the website.
