Where is my data stored?
Almost all of your wellbeing data — journal entries, mood scores, and assessment results — is stored entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers. The only exception is the optional AI feature, where only the text you type is sent for processing. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
How do I manage or cancel my Viverio Plus subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can manage or cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open the Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How does the free trial work?
Viverio Plus includes a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can export your health data using the export feature inside the app, and you can erase everything using Reset App Data in the app's settings. Because your data lives on your device, uninstalling the app also removes it. For any email or mailing-list data, contact privacy@viverio.net.
Is Viverio a medical device or a substitute for professional care?
No. Viverio is a wellbeing and self-care tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999. In the UK you can also contact the Samaritans free on 116 123.
